The short story of three sea kayakers on a journey along part of the cardigan bay coast. This mini adventure involves fishing, diving for crab and cooking on the beach as well as hours of paddling in the clear blue waters of cardigan bay. Thanks to James Bowden for putting this video together.

Just finished reading this great book by Yvon Chouinard. He is a rock climber, environmentalist and outdoor industry businessman, noted for his contributions to climbing, climbing equipment and the outdoor gear business. His second company, Patagonia is known for its environmental focus. Chouinard is arguably the most successful outdoor industry businessman alive today.
Yvon shares the lessons he has learned and the philosophies that have defined his companies over the years. Aswell as describing his childhood and early years in climbing, road trips and the birth of Chouinard Equipment and Patagonia.
It’s not only a great guide for people starting or running their own companies, but also a very inspiring and interesting read for any outdoor-minded people. I strongly recommend it, especially today when social and environmental responsibility is becoming more prevalent.
Really tempted by one of these, just need to brush up on the sports.
